Dr. Babler has known he wanted to become a veterinarian from a young age when he discovered his love for animals. Dr. Babler has a passion for serving the people of our community and their beloved pets. His clinical interests include surgery, ultrasonography, orthopedics, nutrition, and internal medicine. Dr. Babler joins Valley Animal Hospital from Woodstock, Illinois where he practiced veterinary medicine for 5 years. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine as well as undergraduate training in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he graduated with honors. Dr. Babler also has a passion for teaching and has traveled the country giving seminars and classes on nutrition and emergency field care for hunting dogs. When Dr. Babler isn’t treating his patients, he can be found serving at his church, spending time with his wife, or hunting with his Llewllin Setter, Callie.
