Dr. Allison Mulherin grew up in Moline, IL in a home filled with many cats and dogs. She  received her Bachelor of Arts degree from  Augustana College and went on to earn her DVM at the University of Illinois in 2014. She worked at a busy ER practice in the Chicago suburbs the last 10 years where she saw a  diverse caseload. Dr. Mulherin' s areas of interest include pain management, geriatric medicine, and emergency medicine. Her free time is spent enjoying life with her husband, two young children, and their golden retriever, Kevin. They spend their days playing, exploring outside, traveling and reading. She does have a special place in her heart for rough-coated collies.
